Sonia Slany

My practise includes working on self-awareness with clients, and on relationship with others, intra-psychically, then linking these insights to the overall system view, to see what new information can come from my clients’ awarenesses. We work in the different channels of information, visual, auditory, movement, proprioceptive, relationship, and world channels, and my task is to bring awareness to all the intended and unintended signals of my clients processes in these channels, and work with them to bring new information into their lives around difficult troubling issues. I work on relationship difficulties, work issues, lack of resources issues, chronic and acute symptoms, and somatic illnesses.

I am training with the Research Society of Process Oriented Psychotherapy, having passed my graduate level exams in 2011, am currently in my final years undergoing supervision. I work one to one, and on skype, with individuals, couples, young adults from age 18, and the elderly.

I also hold a GRNCM of Music, and have much life experience working with creative processes, parenting, and terminal illnesses.

I abide by the UKCP code of ethics, and my hourly charge is £45 per session.
I currently work in Kings Cross and Hampstead.
